YCKitchen was born out of the frustration of dealing with outdated equipment and customer service that simply didn’t care. For co-founder Zhong Kang, this wasn’t just a passing annoyance—it was his everyday reality, helping his mum run an economical rice stall in a primary school canteen for over a decade. He saw how poor-quality kitchen tech and slow, unresponsive support made simple tasks harder than they needed to be.

That lived experience became the spark. Zhong Kang teamed up with Junda, a business builder with over 10 years of entrepreneurial experience, to launch YCKitchen—a brand under YCGroup with a clear mission: to fix the broken kitchen equipment industry from the ground up.

Starting with commercial dishwashers, we’re here to bring not just top-grade, efficient machines, but also customer service that actually shows up. We combine real-world experience with practical solutions, making us more than just a vendor—we’re a partner to every kitchen we serve.
